Commercial Roofing Systems

Low Slope Commercial Roofing Systems

Single Ply Roofing Membranes

Single-ply roofing membranes, otherwise known as “elastomeric systems,” come in a variety of materials including PVC, TPO, and EPDM. The single-ply membrane is flexible and offers superior resistance to UV radiation and acid rain.

Built Up Roofing Membranes

Built up roof membranes (BUR), have been in use in the U.S. for more than 100 years.  A BUR commercial roofing system is composed of alternating layers of reinforcing fabric and bitumen (asphalt) and is finished with a top layer of aggregate, such as stone or gravel.  At Benton Roofing, we customize and produce in house metal sheets for our BUR systems.

Polymer-Modified Bitumen Sheets

Polymer-modified Bitumen Sheets are created when a polymer is added to asphalt to extend temperature limits and increase the pliability of asphalt. Thanks to polymer modification, this commercial roofing system can withstand both high and low temperatures

Roof Coating

A roof coating is a monolithic, fully adhered, fluid applied roofing membrane. It has elastic properties that allows it to stretch and return to their original shape without damage.  The roof coating is the topmost layer of protection for the membrane, receiving the impact of sunlight (both infrared and ultraviolet (UV), rain, hail and physical damage. Roof coatings are a vital component of a commercial roofing system.

Steep Slope Commercial Roofing Systems

Asphault Shingles

Asphalt shingles are the most popular type of steep slope commercial roofing material. They provide cost-effective solutions for your commercial roofing needs.

Clay & Concrete Tile Roofing

Clay and concrete tile roofing have a very long life cycle. Tile doesn’t rot or burn, and it cannot be harmed by insects. It requires little maintenance, and comes in a variety of colors, types, styles and brands.

Slate

Slate is a long-lasting roofing system that can provide superior durability and add a distinctive touch of timeless beauty to your commercial property. Slate has been highly acclaimed for its natural beauty and remarkable longevity.

Standing Seam Metal

Metal roofing offers durability and visual appeal to commercial buildings. They are known for their longevity and high resistance to damage.

Wood Shakes

Wood shakes are a great material that are traditional and look great over time.  The material for shakes comes from splitting logs and then reshaping the material for commercial use.
